MISSION: Nevada 211, a program of the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and administered by Money Management International (MMI), is committed to helping Nevadans connect with the services they need. INFO: Referral data is not as up-to-date in Northern Nevada or Rural areas. This is still a good resource for case follow-up as long as the health worker vets the referrals before a client tries to use a service that does not exist or that they do not qualify for. INFO: The Mission of the Nevada Diabetes Association and California Diabetes Association is to improve the lives of children and adults affected by diabetes through prevention, education and service.
