Community Health Alliance gives people access to integrated services that promote wellness while working with you to achieve a healthy life. While we're not a free health center, we offer flexible payment plans, discount programs, sliding fee scale payments and other options to keep your fees manageable. Whether you're insured, underinsured or uninsured, we'll help you find pricing that is appropriate for you. Patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance can request a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm, WIC M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm, Closed for lunch 12:00 pm to 1:00PmWhile we treat all people regardless of their ability to pay, and services are provided on a sliding fee scale to those who qualify, we also welcome those on Medicaid, Medicare or private insurance. Patients are expected to pay their portion of the bill at the time of service. However, Community Health Alliance offers the most flexible payment plans available anywhere, and will work with any patient in need of a friendly repayment schedule. We also accept medical care credit cards.
