Change Point provides free, rapid and confidential HIV/Hepatitis C testing and walk-in STI testing, PrEP/PEP and more (see services below). What is Harm Reduction? Harm Reduction’ is a philosophy and strategy that empowers individuals to reduce harm to themselves by 1) setting realistic goals and 2) validating any positive step or incremental change.
