Washoe YouthBuild: The program is aimed at supporting youth 16-24 who have dropped out of school or are at risk of not graduating. Provides 1:1 support to complete the NV HSE. Students are offered an opportunity to obtain education and on the job training in fields such as construction, HVAC, Advanced Manufacturing, Welding and Healthcare. Participants will have dedicated case managers who will address barriers such as housing, transportation, food, etc. Offers industry recognized certifications (MC3, CPR, Community Health Worker, etc.) and college credits.
