INFO: Optum Care offers primary and specialty care services. Services include cancer, lung, allergy, orthopedic and spine care. We also offer community centers for seniors. They also have a mobile medical center. The mobile medical center includes a waiting area, two exam rooms, a restroom and many services to take care of all needs in one visit. Medicine on the Move offers care for all ages, including: annual wellness visits for people with Medicare, mammograms, pediatric wellness checks, sick visits, immunizations (shots), lab tests, and x-rays.
