INFO: Optum Care offers primary and specialty care services. Services include cancer, lung, allergy, orthopedic and spine care. We also offer community centers for seniors. They also have a mobile medical center. The mobile medical center includes a waiting area, two exam rooms, a restroom and many services to take care of all needs in one visit. Medicine on the Move offers care for all ages, including: annual wellness visits for people with Medicare, mammograms, pediatric wellness checks, sick visits, immunizations (shots), lab tests, and x-rays.

PACT Coalition general membership meet every third Wednesday of the month. In late September they will offer training via zoom on empowering health consciousness and learning about healthy alternatives for pain and anxiety at no cost and open to the community.
