Teen Success: For parenting and pregnant teen mothers who are between 14-19 years old, have NOT graduated from high school or GED, and are pregnant or parenting their first child. The new model includes a one-on-one coaching component with each of the members, where they will receive a minimum of 60 hours of personalized coaching outside of group, with an emphasis on education navigation and advocacy, to help them beat the national statistics and attain their high school diploma or GED. The group itself has also been revamped to include structured lessons where members will learn social emotional skills, parenting education, and reproductive health education.
