Also represents clients who have been wrongfully denied disability benefits by the Social Security Administration.

Culinary and Bartenders Unions Legal Service Fund: Program enables a team of attorneys and advocates at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada to provide a range of legal services to hotel, casino, and other eligible employees to help safeguard the economic and legal wellbeing of those employees and their families. Education Advocacy Program: Provides advice, training, advocacy, and legal representation for foster youth and families/guardians with students who are struggling in school due to disabilities whether intellectual, developmental, emotional or behavioral. Provides volunteer opportunities to non-lawyers age 18 and older to advocate on behalf of foster youth with special education needs.

Family Justice Project: Provides a wide range of representation in family court, primarily helping victims of violence, the elderly, people with disabilities and those with limited English-speaking skills. Attorneys appear at hearings to enforce protective orders and represent individuals with divorce and custody issues in family court.
