Learning with Open Source Tools
Training Community Members to Become Health Connectors
Building health bridges with live classes, a curated resource library, and ongoing community support for anyone working toward Community Health Worker certification in Nevada or an ally of public health.

Case Plan is a classroom, a library, and a network built for people and the organizations that support them. The platform hosts structured courses, a searchable training database, curated videos, and a job board for people building careers in public health.
CasePlan.org is built on Moodle, a powerful open-source learning management system chosen for its accessibility, structured lessons, online forums, and step-by-step course completion tools. The open-source model means the platform continues to evolve alongside the needs of students and instructors.
This site is recognized by the Nevada Certification Board under the business name Strategies Platform LLC. Students at Western Nevada College also have access to the site.
